Yes, I'm back again with a lovely book that I don't really have the credentials to review. Enjoy!
Look, I know what this blog is called, but for the love of God, DON'T go nibbling your first edition of Frankenstein, please.

Series review: Weather Wardens by Rachel Caine
I have finally finished reading all nine books of the Weather Wardens series, and I thought I'd tell you what a gem it is just in case you've never found it before.
Because, Darlin', this is the best thing that will cross your TBR shelf.

A couple more things to say before normal viewing resumes...
I know, I know. You hate me right now. But I have a few more things to mention before you get all those lovely posts I've been promising.
First of all: I have Tumblr now! As if I didn't have a busy enough Internet life as it was. My Tumblr blog, when I can remember, will have links to this blog's writing/reading/music posts, for those of you who can't follow thanks to the lovely Google (I'm working on that). It will also be a lot more open to actually bits of writing what I write, and various other things that I take an interest in. So take a look: http://relativelycurious.tumblr.com/
And now, for the bad news. Take a deep breath and get ready to cry.
My Chemical Romance have split up.
I know.
But, as someone on Twitter pointed out, "I am not afraid to keep on living/I am not afraid to walk this world alone". We will live, Killjoys, MCRmy. We will live, because, without them ever existing in the first place, we might not have.
Killjoy out!

I have several things to say before normal viewing resumes...
Okay, number one: I have a lot of ideas (more on why in a later post) so you are going to get a lot more posts from me than usual in the next few days/weeks, depending on when I want to share them, since I'm gonna draft them now, mwahahaha... they'll be (hopefully) exciting!
Number two: yes, for those of you who noticed that I did a book review yesterday, I have stopped reading Les Miserables. There'll be more on that later too.
Number three: I am attempting to write my first ever script (it's for a drama thing at school) so if anyone has any general tips, comment away!
Number four: I am also (yes I always put a lot on my own plate, I'm greedy and have an attention defecit) writing a modern-times-set short story retelling of Hamlet. Exciting!
Number five: It is snowing buckets here. Yay! Apocalypse time!
Number six: I'll leave you with this... FIERY HEART EXERPTS! THANK YOU RICHELLE MEAD AND PENGUIN! They are here and here. Exciting!
Bloodlines fan out!

Good news, everyone!
Those of you who follow anything or anyone VA-based will probably already know this, but I'll tell you anyway:

I know, right? We don't have to wait a whole year! Just 6 months and 29 days! Hurrah!

Book Review: Silver Linings Playbook by Matthew Quick
I know, I know. Behind the times, again. You still love me, though, right?
Pat has just gotten out of the bad place. He's really eager for apart time to end. Instead, he's a thirty-something living with his parents being coddled, kept away from secrets that he should already know. And then there's Tiffany.

Having a rubbish Valentine's Day?
Me too, my friends, me too. But thankfully, help is here!
Three words: The Indigo Spell.
It came out on Tuesday, so of course I finished it yesterday, and not only was it brilliant, but, Sydrian fans, reading it today will DEFINITELY make you feel better. Trust me. I was screeching like a teenage girl. Probably because I AM a teenage girl, but whatever. The feels will make your brain implode. I was not expecting how amazingly happy one book could make me feel. It's ruined any sort of relationship I will ever have, because there is nothing more amazing that can ever happen than Adrian and Sydney, but there you go.
Read it.

Writing, Writing, Writing...
Is what I've been doing this week. You haven't heard from me in yonks, I know, and that is partially because -- hurrah -- I've been on a writing course at the Arvon centre in the middle of nowhere, Yorkshire, and it's been BRILLIANT (yay!). I wrote lots of stuff, the staff were awesome, the tutors (Katrina Naomi and Tiffany Murray, check them out) were awesome, and the other people there, from my writing group and another one, were awesome!
Expect to see more on everyone's favourite page, 'My Writing'!

Just A Quick Note...
... Angelfire (#3 in the series) by LA Weatherly (no, not the other Angelfire by some other author that keeps coming up on Google searches) will be out in November, according to Goodreads. Read the blurb my friends. Excitingy-witingy.
That's all, I'm out!

Review: Sanctum by Sarah Fine
Lela has dreamt of hell for years... and now she's going back there. Willingly. Lela is desperate to save her friend Nadia from her fate, but Malachi, Captain of the Suicide City's Guards, isn't as eager. He may be ruthless and necessarily dangerous, but he doesn't want Lela risking her second life.
Unfortunately, she's the one other human in the city with a mind of their own.

Review: The Evolution of Mara Dyer
Yes, 18 days after its release, book 2 in the Mara Dyer trilogy came in the post! Yes! Then I read it in about six hours. Damn.
Mara's family are even more worried about her mental health, but that's not Mara's biggest problem. Or at least, she doesn't think it is. That's before she's a prisoner in her own home, a home that is no longer safe. At least she still has Noah...

Review: Revived by Cat Patrick
Yay! A book by one of my new favourite authors! Yay!
Daisy has died five times; she has been Revived five times; she has changed her name and relocated to a new state five times. But this time, she doesn't want any of that: she wants life.

Review: Grave Memory by Kalayna Price
Yup, this is an OH. MI. GO. SH. Moment. It's out, yay! I already finished it, yay! There doesn't seem to be any sign of when the next one will be out, even though it ended on a GIANT cliffhanger, ya-wait a second.
Yet again, Alex Craft's life is grand. No, really. Rianna's back in the real world (for most of the time), they've got an office for Tongues for the Dead, and Falin is back in her life. Unfortunately, Rianna is there only because Alex can't see, the office is a Hell-hole, and Falin is there simply as an FIB agent raiding her house. Again. Plus Death hasn't spoken to her for a month. I know, downer. Now all she needs is a ghost telling her that he didn't commit suicide, despite all of the witnesses that say he did.
Oh, great.

Review: The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer
Yep, I'm back again. And I've read some books. Hurray!
Mara's lost her memory. She's lost her best friend. But has she lost her mind?
When she begs her parents for a move to Florida instead of a move to a psychiatric hospital, she thinks that maybe everything will be alright. Instead, she continues to see her dead friends in the mirror, and now she's seeing the deaths of others -- before they've died. If her sanity wasn't enough to worry about, her new school's player-and-proud, Noah, has started sniffing around her. Can she keep her sanity and her heart together?
